Barber Plastic Surgery Center - Now Hiring

Part-Time Front Desk

We have an immediate opening for a part-time front desk team member.  This position is roughly 20-25 hours per week (Monday, Tuesday & Friday). Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: answering phones, scheduling appointments, checking patients in and out in an accurate and efficient manner, confirming appointments, filling appointment cancellations, completing COVID-19 screening forms, preparing paperwork for the next day and assisting the providers and office staff as needed.  Professionalism and reliability are a MUST!  Medical office experience preferred but not required.  Please drop off or email (do not call the office) your cover letter and resume to Nikki Swanson at nikki@barberplasticsurgery.com.

Part-Time Provider Assistant

We have an immediate opening for a provider assistant. This position is roughly 30 hours per week (Monday-Thursday). Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: greeting patients, taking temperatures, asking screening questions, taking patient photos, signing consent forms, prepping patients for treatments, cleaning and restocking treatment rooms, answering phones, scheduling appointments and assisting the providers and front desk staff as needed. Professionalism and reliability are a MUST! Medical office experience preferred but not required.
